All orders typically take **7-10 business days** to arrive. This includes processing and shipping time. By placing an order with Rovado™, you acknowledge and agree to this delivery timeframe.


## 2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We **do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind**, incorrect size, incorrect address, or no longer wanting the item.

Please make sure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.


## 3. Defective or Damaged Items

We **only offer refunds or replacements** if:

* The item arrives **defective**
* The item arrives **damaged**
* The item is **incorrect** compared to what was ordered

If this happens, please contact us within **30 days of receiving your order**.
